11月30日是中共对所谓西藏“十人集团”的僧侣严判翻译发行西藏文《世界人权宣言》的日期。1988年西藏哲蚌寺的10名僧人秘密翻译并用木板印刷《世界人权宣言》被中国当局指控僧人发行“反动文学”和“毒害中国以人民民主专政为特征的社会主义制度”。 对所谓的“十人集团”僧侣被判处5年至19年不等的徒刑。因此，为了纪念《世界人权宣言》藏文版印刷30周年西藏人权与民主促进中心11月30日举行了特别纪念活动，并开通新的西藏文网站介绍人权知识。
